All Signal.
No Noise.
NDT Jobs is a focused career platform for technicians, inspectors, employers, and training programs across the non-destructive testing and asset integrity industry.
The industry deserves a better starting point.
NDT hiring has relied for too long on word of mouth, scattered job posts, generic resumes, and platforms that were never built for the realities of specialized recruiting.
A Level II technician, a rope access inspector, a radiographic testing crew member, a service technician, and a trainee are not interchangeable. Methods, certification levels, site access, safety training, industry experience, travel expectations, and location all matter.
NDT Jobs exists to bring that structure into the hiring process so candidates can be seen more clearly and employers can make better hiring decisions faster.
It takes one to know one.
I built NDT Jobs because I've spent years close to the work.
Not as a certified technician, but on the equipment, service, and support side of the NDT industry. I’ve worked around the people who keep inspections moving, the machines that make the work possible, and the companies trying to find qualified help when it matters. What I kept seeing was simple: NDT hiring needs more context. A job title and a resume do not always tell the full story. Methods, certs, experience, equipment, site requirements, and real-world capability all matter. NDT Jobs was created to give employers better signals, and to give candidates a better way to show what they are actually qualified to do.
