1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NDT Jobs, including our website, accounts, job listings, candidate profiles, employer tools, application features, email notifications, and related services.
By creating an account, posting a job, applying to a job, purchasing a package, uploading content, or otherwise using NDT Jobs, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use NDT Jobs.
2. About NDT Jobs
NDT Jobs is a US-focused career site and job board for the Asset Integrity & Non-Destructive Testing industry. The platform helps connect candidates, technicians, inspectors, trainees, helpers, and other NDT-related professionals with employers in industries such as oil and gas, aerospace, construction, manufacturing, power generation, asset integrity, and related fields.
NDT Jobs is not an employer, staffing agency, certification body, training provider, background screening company, or hiring decision maker unless specifically stated in writing.
3. Who May Use NDT Jobs
You must be at least 18 years old to use NDT Jobs.
NDT Jobs is currently focused on jobs located in the United States. Users from other countries may be able to create accounts, browse the site, or use certain features, but NDT Jobs does not currently host job listings outside the United States.
Candidates may include students, trainees, helpers, entry-level workers, experienced technicians, inspectors, Level I, Level II, Level III personnel, and other individuals interested in NDT-related work.
Employers may include companies, recruiters, staffing agencies, and authorized representatives posting jobs or managing employer accounts.
Schools, training centers, certification providers, and other organizations may be supported in the future, but those account types are not currently a core platform feature unless NDT Jobs approves them.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your account.
You may not:
- Create an account using false information
- Impersonate another person or company
- Use another user’s account without permission
- Create accounts to spam, scrape, harass, mislead, or bypass payment
- Use NDT Jobs for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity
NDT Jobs may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts at its discretion if we believe a user has violated these Terms, harmed the platform, misused user data, posted false information, attempted to bypass payment, or created risk for NDT Jobs, candidates, employers, or the public.
5. Candidate Accounts and Profiles
Candidates may create free accounts and build profiles with information such as name, contact information, location, job preferences, NDT methods, certifications, experience, desired pay, travel preferences, safety credentials, resume files, and other NDT-related qualifications.
Resume uploads and certification uploads are currently optional unless a specific feature or employer requires them.
Candidates are responsible for making sure all profile information, resumes, certifications, work history, experience, qualifications, and application materials are accurate and not misleading.
Candidates should not upload unnecessary sensitive personal information. This includes Social Security numbers, full dates of birth, bank account information, passport numbers, driver’s license numbers, medical records, background check documents, drug test records, full security clearance documents, or any information that is not needed for a job application or NDT profile.
NDT Jobs does not verify candidate certifications, licenses, safety credentials, work history, references, employment eligibility, background, drug testing status, medical ability, or job readiness. Employers are responsible for independently verifying candidate qualifications before making hiring decisions.
6. Candidate Applications
Candidates may apply to jobs through NDT Jobs or may be redirected to an employer’s external website or application system.
For jobs posted directly by paying employer customers, applications may stay on the NDT Jobs platform.
For imported, scraped, mirrored, or externally sourced jobs, candidates may be redirected to the original employer website or another third-party application page.
NDT Jobs does not guarantee that:
- A candidate will receive an interview
- A candidate will receive a job offer
- An employer will review an application
- A job will still be available
- A job description will remain unchanged
- A third-party application link will work correctly
Candidates are responsible for reviewing job details carefully before applying.
7. Candidate Profile Completion and Matching
NDT Jobs may use profile completion, search filters, matching tools, recommendations, or similar features to help connect candidates and employers.
Matching, search, and recommendation tools are informational only. They may not be complete, accurate, or suitable for every hiring situation.
NDT Jobs may require candidates to complete a certain percentage of their profile before applying to jobs. Currently, candidates may be required to complete at least 70% of their profile before applying.
NDT Jobs does not guarantee that a match means a candidate is qualified, available, interested, hireable, or suitable for a job.
8. Employer Accounts
Employers may create accounts, maintain company profiles, purchase job posting packages, post jobs, review applicants, view limited candidate details, and use other employer features made available by NDT Jobs.
Employers are responsible for ensuring that the person creating or managing an employer account has authority to act on behalf of the company, staffing firm, agency, or organization.
Employers are responsible for all activity under their accounts.
9. Employer Packages and Paid Services
NDT Jobs may offer paid employer packages, including:
- Single Job Post: $599, 30-day duration
- Boost: 1 post, $299/month, 30-day duration
- Grow: 3 posts, $575/month, 30-day duration

NDT Jobs may change pricing, package names, included features, durations, and availability at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases already completed unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Some packages are one-time purchases. Most packages are subscriptions and automatically renew unless canceled.
Job post periods begin immediately after purchase unless otherwise stated.
Subscription job post credits do not roll over to the next month. Unused subscription posts expire at the end of the applicable subscription period.
The one-time Single Job Post does not roll over unless NDT Jobs states otherwise in writing.
10. Payments and Billing
Payments are processed through Stripe or another third-party payment processor.
NDT Jobs does not store full credit card numbers. Payment information is handled by Stripe or the applicable payment processor.
By purchasing a paid service, you authorize NDT Jobs and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the selected package, subscription, renewal, taxes, and applicable fees.
If a subscription renews automatically, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.
You are responsible for keeping billing information accurate and up to date.
11. Refund Policy
All purchases are generally non-refundable.
This includes job posts, subscription packages, company branding, and other paid employer services.
NDT Jobs may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund, credit, replacement post, extension, or other accommodation in limited situations, such as duplicate purchases, technical issues, billing errors, or other circumstances NDT Jobs determines are appropriate.
If a job is filled early, canceled by the employer, or no longer needed, no refund or credit is owed unless NDT Jobs agrees in writing.
Canceling a job post early does not entitle the employer to a refund.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already paid.
To request a billing review, contact support@ndt-jobs.com.
