MISSION OBJECTIVES

THE VOLUMETRIC SPECIALIST

The days of clearing the site for X-ray are ending. As an Advanced UT Specialist, you provide a digital biopsy of critical infrastructure. You don't just find indications; you characterize them with surgical precision using Phased Array (PAUT) and Time-of-Flight Diffraction (TOFD). Your data drives the most critical Fitness-For-Service decisions in the industry.

  • Execute encoded scans using multi-group setups for 100% volumetric coverage..
  • Interpret complex S-Scans and D-Scans to accurately size flaw height and length.
  • Validate weld quality against stringent standards like ASME Sec V, VIII, and API 1104
  • Design scan plans for complex geometries including nozzles, flanges, and austenitic materials.
