MISSION OBJECTIVES

THE COMPLIANCE ARCHITECT

You are the interface between the code book and the profit margin. As a QA/QC Manager, you build the framework that technicians work within. Whether you are defending a Joint Review for an ASME stamp or rewriting a Written Practice (SNT-TC-1A), your decisions protect the company from liability. You don't just find defects; you prevent the systemic failures that cause them.

  • Develop and maintain the company Written Practice for Personnel Qualification and Certification.
  • Host and defend external audits from clients, ASME, API, and ISO registrars.
  • Disposition Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for corrective actions.
  • Approve technical procedures and NDT techniques to ensure alignment with project specifications.
