CIVIL & INFRASTRUCTURE
INSPECTION JOBS.
From the ground up. Verify structural integrity with certified ACI concrete testing and ICC Special Inspections.
MISSION OBJECTIVES
The Structural Guardian
Before the steel rises, the foundation must hold. As a Civil Inspector, you are the on-site authority for the International Building Code (IBC). Whether you are running slump tests on a 3 AM bridge deck pour or verifying rebar clearances for a high-rise core, your signature guarantees the structure will stand. You bridge the gap between the Engineer of Record and the contractor’s schedule.
- Perform ACI-standard testing on fresh concrete: Slump, Air Content, Temperature, and Cylinder casting.
- Verify reinforcing steel (rebar) placement, grade, size, spacing, and clearances per project plans.
- Conduct density testing on soil compaction and grading using nuclear gauges or sand cone methods.
- Execute ICC Special Inspections for Structural Masonry, Spray-applied Fireproofing, or Prestressed Concrete.
