When the gear goes down, the billing stops. As a Service Technician, you are the lifeline of the NDT company. You don't just swap boards; you troubleshoot to the component level. Whether you are rebuilding an X-Ray tube cooler, re-terminating a crushed multicore cable, or verifying linearity on a Phased Array unit, your signature certifies that the equipment is ready for code-compliant work.

  • Perform NIST-traceable calibrations on UT, ET, MT, and Radiation Safety equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair printed circuit boards (PCBs) to the component level (Soldering/Rework).
  • Rebuild electromechanical systems including X-Ray Crawlers, Generators, and Scanners.
