Who can join the NDT Jobs Partner Program?
Anyone who has connections in the NDT industry — whether you’re a recruiter, inspector, technician, sales rep, or just someone well-networked — is welcome to apply. We’re looking for people who can introduce companies that are actively hiring.
How does the referral process work?
Once you’re approved as a partner, you’ll receive a unique referral code. When a company registers on NDT Jobs and enters your code, they’re tied to your account. Anytime that company purchases a job listing, you earn 15% of the listing fee.
How long do commissions last?

If you’re accepted into the program during our early launch period (before June 30, 2025) — your commissions are lifetime.

After June 30, new partners will receive 12 months of commission per referred company.
How much can I earn?
It depends on how many companies you refer and how often they post. Each listing pays you 15% of the job post fee. There’s no cap on how much you can earn, and you earn on every single listing from your referred companies.
When and how do I get paid?
We issue monthly payouts on the last day of each month via PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or direct bank transfer (your choice). You’ll receive a detailed breakdown of earnings each month.
How do you track referrals?
Each partner gets a unique referral code. When a company signs up and enters your code in the registration form, they’re automatically linked to you. You don’t need to track anything manually — we handle that for you.
What if a company forgets to enter my referral code?
If the company confirms you referred them, and you notify us within 7 days of their registration, we’ll apply the referral manually. But it’s best to remind your referrals to use your code when they sign up.
Is there a cost to join?
Nope. The program is 100% free to join — there’s no catch. You help us grow, and we share the revenue with you.
Can I refer more than one company?
Absolutely. There’s no limit to how many companies you can refer. The more you bring in, the more you earn.
Your Commission, Clearly Explained
As a partner, you earn 15% of every paid job listing purchased by a company you refer to NDT Jobs. That includes their first post and every future listing they purchase.
If you’re accepted during our early launch period (by June 30, 2025), your commissions are lifetime. After June 30, all new partners will receive 12 months of commissions.
